Our team actively participates in key industry events, forums, and exhibitions, where we showcase the developments of the Digital Egiz Laboratory.
We demonstrate the capabilities of digital twins, discuss the integration of IIoT and AI in the food industry, and engage in professional discussions, round tables, and technology sessions.
Participation in such events enables us not only to share our results, but also to build new partnerships, receive feedback from industry representatives, and remain at the heart of the innovation community.
WorldS4 2026 — Information Communication Systems, Software, Security & Sustainability

Participation in the 10th World Conference on Information Communication Systems, Software, Security and Sustainability. An interdisciplinary venue at the intersection of computer science, engineering, economics and sustainable development: the transformation of energy, water systems, mobility and food towards sustainable production and consumption. Accepted papers are published by Springer in the LNNS series and indexed in Scopus.
OPCS'26 — Optimization Problems of Complex Systems

The 22nd International Asian School-Seminar organized by Al-Farabi Kazakh National University and the Institute of Information and Computational Technologies of the Science Committee, Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Topics include mathematical models and optimization in big data analysis, AI, digital twins and information security. Hybrid format (on-site and online); papers in English are published in IEEE Xplore, papers in Russian in an RSCI-indexed proceedings volume.
Asia EISC 2026 — Edge Intelligence & Service Computing

Participation in the 1st Asian Conference on Edge Intelligence and Service Computing. The conference focuses on AI-driven data processing close to imaging and sensing devices: edge computer vision, sensor data fusion (camera — LiDAR — radar), remote sensing and industrial optical inspection. Papers are published by SPIE and indexed in EI-Compendex and Scopus.
HoReCA Expo Kazakhstan

Participation with a demonstration of the digital twin of a food industry enterprise and related IT solutions (3D modelling system, Chamilo LMS, Digital Egiz System, OpenTeams).
Presentations and meetings were held, adaptation recommendations were received from industry experts, and new business contacts were established.
Summer School 2026 — Digital Twins in Manufacturing

An international summer school of the Department of Artificial Intelligence and Big Data at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. Participants master the deployment of the OpenEgiz platform: creating digital entities for equipment, integrating 3D scenes, streaming telemetry and building interactive monitoring dashboards. On completion, participants are able to independently deploy a digital twin platform and assemble a complete virtual representation of a facility. Online format, 72 academic hours.
ICCSIS 2026 — Computer Science & Intelligence Systems
21–22 May 2026

Participation in the International Conference on Computer Science and Intelligence Systems (organized by TheIIER). An international venue for exchanging research among scientists, engineers and specialists from a range of fields. Papers are published in journals indexed in Scopus, Web of Science, SCI, EI and Google Scholar, with Crossref DOIs assigned.
ICASIS 2026 — Advanced Sensing & Intelligent Systems

Participation in the 4th International Conference on Advanced Sensing and Intelligent Systems. We presented papers on industrial IoT infrastructure: a techno-economic analysis of LoRaWAN networks in high equipment density conditions, and an AI system for meeting transcription and summarization. The programme covered sensing technologies, wireless sensor networks and IIoT.
ITEA 2026 — Intelligent Technology for Educational Applications

Participation in the 3rd International Conference on Intelligent Technology for Educational Applications. The conference brings together researchers, educators and industry representatives to exchange research and practical solutions at the intersection of AI and education. IVPAI 2026 — Image, Video Processing & AI

Participation in the 8th International Conference on Image, Video Processing and Artificial Intelligence. Exchange of experience with researchers from around the world, with papers on the application of AI and deep learning to visual data analysis. First Congress of Mathematicians of Kazakhstan

Participation in the First Congress of Mathematicians of Kazakhstan, organized by the Kazakhstan Mathematical Society. The congress brought together six international scientific conferences on mathematics, mechanics, information technology and artificial intelligence, including CITech-2026, "Scientific AI: Mathematical Methods and Industrial Applications" and "Inverse and Ill-Posed Problems: Theory, Applications and AI". It served as a venue for exchanging experience between Kazakhstani and international researchers and for shaping strategic directions in the development of mathematical science in the country.
CEII 2025 — Cognitive Engineering & Intelligent Interaction

Participation in the 8th Asian Conference on Cognitive Engineering and Intelligent Interaction. The theme was the optimization of AI tasks using modern technologies: artificial intelligence and soft computing, cognitive science, human–AI interaction, computer vision and image processing. ROUND TABLE: Industry of the Future and Digitalization

The event brought together representatives of Kazakhstani universities, a visiting professor from Türkiye, and experts from Siemens and Coursera. We presented the essence of our digital twin project for a food industry enterprise, demonstrated the integration of IIoT and AI, and discussed the prospects for applying digital technologies in industry and education.
Central Asia–China Advanced Computing Symposium

An international conference on artificial intelligence, high-performance computing systems and digital technologies. Professor Madina Mansurova, Head of the Department of Artificial Intelligence and Big Data, gave a talk and presented the results of her research. Participants exchanged experience with international researchers, established new contacts and discussed future research projects.
Winter School 2025 — Industrial Digital Twins and Low-Code Development

As part of Winter School 2025, the Digital Egiz team delivered a series of lectures and hands-on sessions for students of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University on current issues in industrial digital transformation and the application of digital twins, IIoT and AI.
CEII 2024 — Cognitive Engineering & Intelligent Interaction

Our team took part in the 7th Asian Conference on Cognitive Engineering and Intelligent Interaction (CEII 2024), presenting six papers on digital twins. The conference theme was the optimization of AI tasks using modern technologies. The papers covered the full range of directions: from a review of digital twin technologies and machine learning in monitoring systems to generative 3D modelling and privacy in the metaverse.
