Edge AI is not science fiction, but a technology that already works. We showed how even an ordinary device like a coffee machine can become smart — thanks to data processing right on the spot, without the cloud and delays.

As part of our project, a prototype of an intelligent system was created that can:

• analyze equipment operation in real time;
• predict failures;
• optimize maintenance without human intervention.

Such solutions are easily scalable for real industrial equipment. Edge AI helps to increase the reliability, safety and autonomy of production processes.

This demonstration is just the beginning of the path to a new generation of smart manufacturing.
