It was organised by Al-Farabi Kazakh National University and the Institute of Information and Computational Technologies (IICT) of the Committee of Science of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Kazakhstan, together with Lublin University of Technology (Poland) and Turan University. The programme committee was chaired by Academician Maksat Kalimoldaev of the National Academy of Sciences of Kazakhstan.
